Returns:
Your purchase can be returned or exchanged within 30 days following receipt of your order. The product should be in its original condition and the original receipt must be presented.

If you wish to return your purchase by mail, simply mail it back to us PRE-PAID within 30 days following the day you have received your order, with the original receipt. For refunds, your credit card will be credited with the amount of your purchase.

We will reimburse shipping costs if the exchange is due to an error on the part of Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa or if products were damage in shipping. Otherwise, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

We suggest that you use a shipping method that will allow tracking. Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa will not be responsible for lost returned packages.

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not satisfied.
